Warehouse and productsThe Warehouse holds the company’s products with SKU, name, price, cost price, stock, reserve, and folder (category). From here, products go into deals; here you can see every stock movement in the “Operations log”; and the YML feed and “Publishing to platforms” pass prices and availability to websites and marketplaces.

Warehouse: receipt notes, stocktakes, transfersWarehouse documents record how goods arrive, get counted, and move between branches: a goods receipt note books incoming goods and, once closed, posts the expenses to finance; a stocktake reconciles actual stock with the CRM; and a transfer note moves stock from one warehouse to another. Each document has a status, an XLSX file, and its own permissions in access settings.

PurchasesPurchases are batches of goods from suppliers: cost price calculation from the order’s Excel file (shipping by weight, goods at the exchange rate, documents as a percentage), batch status from “being assembled” to “arrived,” friends’ goods kept separate, payments to the carrier, to the supplier, and for documents, new products, and receiving into the Helomi warehouse. A batch payment is an operation in the “Finance” log: it reduces the wallet balance, gets its business from the batch’s products, and closes the debt, while a bank statement line with the same amount does not become a second expense. The section is run by AI Bohdan; all data comes only from your CRM.

Price listThe price list is a list of items (products and services) kept separate from the warehouse, with its own folders, prices, price types, and barcodes. You need it when you sell something that isn’t in the warehouse as a separate product, or when one price list item should write off several warehouse products when it’s sold.
