Deliveries and waybillsA waybill (TTN, express waybill) is created right from the deal card in Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, or Rozetka Delivery: the recipient’s details, address, weight, and cash on delivery are filled in from the deal, and the number, status, and label appear in the “Delivery” block. Each carrier can have several sender accounts, and delivery statuses can be linked to deal stages.Delivery“Delivery” is all waybills from deals in one list, like the “Delivery” section in KeepinCRM. Here you can see where each parcel is, who the recipient is, the cash-on-delivery amount and shipping cost, what stage the deal is at, and when paid storage begins. From here you update statuses and print labels in bulk, and you can open a deal in one click. The “Statistics” view shows on which day after arrival clients pick up their parcels and what percentage gets returned — separately for each carrier.
