Sales and clients
Deals from order to “Won,” clients, tasks, the sales queue, conversations, and calls. · 6 articles
DealsA deal is a single order or sale to a client: products, pipeline stage, payments, deliveries, documents, notes, and tasks in one card. Every deal belongs to a pipeline and sits at one of its stages; a closed deal gets the result “Won” or “Lost” with a reason and goes to the archive.ClientsA client (counterparty) is a company or person with phone numbers, email, source, responsible person, tags, and additional fields. The client’s deals, tasks, notes, files, and additional contacts are linked to them, and the card shows how much they buy, what exactly they buy, how much you’ve earned from them, and which segment they belong to (new, regular, VIP, fading, lost).TasksA task is an action with a due date and a responsible person: make a call, send an invoice, check a payment. A task can be linked to a deal or client and given a type, priority, checklist, notes, and files; all tasks from deal and client cards come together in one section, “Tasks.”Sales dashboardThe “Sales dashboard” is the sales team’s work queue on one screen: who to message, which emails are unanswered, which deals are waiting for a human decision, which parcels haven’t shipped, who to call, returns, and missed calls. The deals here come from our CRM, so a deal’s button opens its card in “Deals,” and a manager’s comment goes into the deal card as a note.ConversationsConversations is a single list of all chats with clients from different channels: OLX, Telegram, Prom, Rozetka, Viber, and website chats. A manager sees where a client is waiting for a reply, replies right from here in the same channel, sorts chats into folders, and uses saved reply templates.Telephony“Telephony” is calls from the company’s work phone without a paid PBX: the Helomi phone app syncs the work SIM’s call log and call recordings here, and the section shows them as a list with statistics, tips, and a phone book. Each call is matched to a client in our CRM and their latest deal, and a note about the call lands in the deal (or client) card.
