FinanceFinance is all of the company’s money in one log: income, expenses, and transfers between wallets (bank accounts, cash registers, cash) with categories, segments, branches, and links to deals. Each operation knows its business (brand), legal entity (whose money it is), category class (how it affects profit), and basis (a deal, a cash register receipt, a delivery note). A payment in a deal card becomes an operation here on its own, statements from Monobank, PrivatBank, and NovaPay are pulled in without duplicates, and the “Cash flow,” “Annual balance,” P&L, “By class,” and “Clients” reports show where the money goes — across the whole company or for a single business.

Cards, credit cards, and personal spendingEvery card money is spent from is a separate wallet in Helomi: that way, a transfer to it becomes a movement rather than an expense, and purchases made with it show up where they happened. A credit card without an API (PUMB, a NovaPay card) lives as a wallet with a credit line “per wallet”: owed to the bank = limit minus balance. The owner’s personal expenses (groceries, cafés, pharmacy) have their own category and are sorted automatically by merchant codes, so they don’t distort the business’s profit.

Cash registerThe Cash register is the sales screen for a brick-and-mortar store: the cashier opens a shift, scans or searches for a product, takes payment in cash, by card, or mixed, and a single tap on “Post” creates a deal, writes the product off from the warehouse, posts the money to finance, and, if needed, issues a Checkbox fiscal receipt. Prepaid reservations, returns, and the shift report are right here too.

Checkbox fiscal receiptsA fiscal receipt is created from a deal through the Checkbox integration (PRRO, a software cash register). In the deal card, receipts sit in the “Documents” block as rows just like documents: the “C” mark, “Sale (NovaPay)” or “Return (…),” fiscal number, status, amount, date, cashier. All of the organization’s receipts are in “Finance → Fiscal receipts.”

DocumentsDocuments are invoices, delivery notes, completion certificates, contracts, and any other forms created from a deal from a template in one click. The template fills in client, deal, product, and company data through `{{…}}` variables; a created document has a number, a status (just for convenience), a PDF, and printing, and the deal card has a “Documents” block with all of the deal’s documents.
