AI employeesAn AI employee is an account for artificial intelligence that works in Helomi like a regular employee: it sees only the sections opened to it, acts with the same action buttons and the same checks, and everything it does is signed with its name in the log. There are three kinds of AI: **brains** that run the rest (Lomi, with the organization's API key, and Ostap, your own Claude, ChatGPT, Kimi, or Gemini), **programs** with their own window (Artur “What to buy,” Bohdan “Purchases”), and **agents** that run in a loop on the server (Viktor, Rostik, Maria, Sveta, Oles, and on sales-channel chats, Oleksandr for OLX, Denys for Prom, and Ruslan for Rozetka).

LomiLomi is Helomi's AI assistant and agent, and one of its two brains (alongside Ostap): you say what needs doing, and she does it in the CRM within your access — finds, creates, and changes deals, clients, tasks, and documents, checks the warehouse, and controls the CRM's programs and agents through their “AI access.” She thinks with Claude using the organization's API key (or your own Claude, ChatGPT, Kimi, or Gemini), and acts as a separate employee with her own name in the log; money, deletions, bulk actions, and anything sent outside happen only after your “yes.” Since October 22, she has also taken over the former “Assistant.” The name Lomi stands for “Light Operations, Mindful Intelligence,” and Helomi reads as “Hello, Lomi”: open the app, and you've said hi to her.

Ostap — your Claude, ChatGPT, Kimi, or Gemini in the CRMOstap is Helomi's second brain (alongside Lomi): your own Claude, ChatGPT, Kimi, or Gemini working in the CRM with the permissions of a separate AI employee. You download a session file and drop it into your chat — the AI remembers it, logs in to Helomi, and does whatever the person who dropped the file asks: finds a deal, creates a task or document, controls the CRM's programs and agents. No organization API key needed — your own subscription does the thinking; for Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP clients there's an address and a token; for your own app, there's REST.

AI creatorAn AI creator is an AI employee whom the administrator has given the right to add its own things: custom sections with fields and stages, its own AI agents, and code extensions. It manages only what it created itself; it doesn't change people's sections, settings, agents, or code, and everything it creates is signed with its name.

AI apps

AI Artur — what to buy: purchasing analyticsArtur is an AI program that calculates exactly what to buy and how much. He takes deals, stock, and batches from the “Purchases” section of your CRM, looks at how many days a product actually sat on the shelf, calculates demand, trend, and target stock, and gives a recommendation for each product: buy now, buy more, as planned, reduce, or don't buy. Alongside that: anomalies (a bestseller out of stock, a gap before a batch arrives, slow movers), dead stock with money frozen in it, ABC by revenue, money needed for the next 30/60/90/180 days, a profit forecast, a budget simulator, and a ready list for AI Kolia. All of this is in the full-screen “What to buy” window, and it runs on its own: data comes from the CRM, and an outdated calculation is redone when you open it. Artur doesn't write anything to the CRM; Excel files and a separate app are no longer needed.

AI Bohdan — purchasing: batches, cost, stock, and receivingBohdan is the AI purchasing employee. His workspace is the “Purchases” section: he parses the supplier's Excel orders, calculates the cost of each unit (shipping by weight, goods at the exchange rate, documents as a percentage), tracks batches in transit and debts to the carrier and the supplier, adds new products to the Helomi warehouse, and receives batches into stock. All data comes only from your CRM (KeepinCRM is no longer needed); settings are in his console, and people and other AI (Lomi) can control him.

AI Vasyl — new products: market prices, 1688, cards in foldersVasyl is the product development team's AI program (Vasyl → Alina → the rest of the AI) that researches new products. You drop links into a card (OLX, Prom, Rozetka, a website, 1688) plus a few words — Vasyl reads the pages and fills in the card: market prices next to each link, what the price should be, the 1688 link and purchase price in yuan at a fixed exchange rate, weight, volume, SKU, quantity, whether to take variants, notes, and a short conclusion. Cards are kept in folders, and folders are shared with colleagues, so analytics and links don't get lost. With one tap, Vasyl bundles everything about a product into a package for AI Kolia (ordering) or AI Alina (next in the team). Easy to use from a phone.

AI Kolia — description spreadsheet for the brokerKolia is the purchasing team's AI program that compiles a customs description of a batch for the broker (China → Ukraine). You enter the SKU, quantity, and price — Kolia finds the product in the database and fills in the row: name, description and specs, link, area of use, material, trademark, and weight and volume for your quantity. For a new product, you write everything down in one go and drop in a photo of the order from Taobao or 1688, and the AI writes a customs-safe description and variants with the next SKUs. The finished spreadsheet is an XLSX file, “Order for the broker,” with merged cells for batches.

AI Dasha — product cards for MAUDAUDasha is an AI program that creates product cards for the MAUDAU marketplace. She takes products from a Prom export, the Helomi warehouse, or Katia's catalog, picks a MAUDAU category, writes the title, description, and attributes according to MAUDAU moderation rules, and checks them right away. You approve the cards — Dasha builds an XML feed from them, which the MAUDAU seller account uses to create the products and keep them updated; prices and availability come from our warehouse.

AI Alla — product cards for AlloAlla is an AI program that creates product cards for the Allo marketplace from what's already in your CRM: the warehouse, Prom and Rozetka listings from the “Price list,” and AI Katia's ready-made Rozetka cards. She determines the Allo category for each product group, gathers facts from the text and photos, writes the title, description, and attributes in Ukrainian and Russian, checks the card with rules that don't involve AI, and after your approval puts it into the feed — a file Allo reads on its own. Nobody uploads any files: Alla takes products from Helomi, and you just review and approve.

AI agents

AI Oles — order processing: checks, waybills, to packing, “Help”Oles is a Helomi AI agent that takes every new order and gets it to packing without a person, as long as everything checks out. He works without an AI brain: every few minutes he reviews new and accepted deals in your CRM, checks the recipient's details, stock availability, the client's history, BlackBox and ratings, payment and amount, fills in “Checkbox payment type,” creates a waybill the same way the “Create waybill” button does, passes the number to the marketplace, sends a welcome message via AI Liuda, and moves the deal to the “Sent for packing” stage. Anything doubtful he moves to the “Help” stage with a note: what's wrong and what to do. He doesn't pile up tasks: the “Help” queue is in his window and in the deal card.

AI Oleksandr — OLX chats: draft replies, conversation analysis, deals and tasks from chatOleksandr is a Helomi AI agent who handles OLX chats — buyers' conversations about your listings: for every conversation where a client is waiting for a reply, he prepares a draft reply that takes into account the product, stock availability, and your company's knowledge. Along with the draft, he adds an analysis of the conversation and suggests creating a deal and setting a task — you accept or reject this in his window, and he doesn't send anything outside on his own until you allow it.

AI Denys — Prom chats: draft replies, conversation analysis, deals and tasks from chatDenys is a Helomi AI agent who handles Prom chats — buyers' questions about a product and conversations about an order: for every conversation where a client is waiting for a reply, he prepares a draft reply that takes into account the product, stock availability, and your company's knowledge. Along with the draft, he adds an analysis of the conversation and suggests creating a deal and setting a task — you accept or reject this in his window, and he doesn't send anything outside on his own until you allow it.

Along with the draft, he adds an analysis of the conversation and suggests creating a deal and setting a task — you accept or reject this in his window, and he doesn't send anything outside on his own until you allow it.

AI Viktor — warehouse: order packing, availability, returnsViktor is Helomi's warehouse AI employee without an AI brain: he doesn't chat, he runs a loop. Every few minutes he takes orders at the “Sent for packing” stage from “Deals,” hands them out to packers on the “Warehouse” page, moves the deal forward after “Packed” and writes a note, keeps an eye on low-stock products, and processes returns picked up from the post office. All data comes from your CRM (deals, products, documents); settings are in his console, and people and other AI (Lomi) can control him.

AI Rostik — deliveries: parcel statuses, who isn't picking up, returnsRostik is a Helomi AI employee who follows parcels after they ship, without an AI brain: he doesn't speak for himself, he runs a loop. Every few hours he takes all active waybills from the “Delivery” block of your deals, checks their statuses on the carriers' websites (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Rozetka Delivery), moves deals to stages according to your carrier settings, counts the days parcels have sat at the post office branch and whom it's already time to call, tracks returns (when a parcel arrived at your branch, from which day a fee applies, when it was picked up), and shows all of this to managers on the “Deliveries” page and in his console. All data comes from your CRM; settings are in the console, and people and other AI (Lomi) can control him.

AI Liuda — client follow-up after an order**What she does.** She writes to the client on behalf of the brand they bought from: “order accepted + waybill number,” reminds them to pick up the parcel from the post office branch, sends the fiscal receipt once they've received it, and asks for a review on the marketplace. She always addresses the client by name and uses free channels (Telegram, email); Viber and SMS are used only for the receipt and the final reminder, and only when there's a TurboSMS balance. No “it's cheaper on our website”: marketplaces penalize sellers for that.

AI Maria Yosypivna — accounting: sales and margin, expenses, money, forecastMaria Yosypivna is Helomi's AI accountant. She calculates how much you've earned: sales, cost of goods, and margin from your CRM deals, profit after expenses from “Finance,” breaks it down by channel (Prom, Rozetka, OLX…) and by company, values the warehouse and goods in transit (capitalization), and builds a cash plan and forecast. Expenses you dictate to her in chat (“prom 2000”) go into “Finance” after your “yes”; bank statements (NovaPay, monobank) she enters on her own. Every morning she writes a short summary and reminds you about taxes and OLX Delivery fees. All figures come only from your CRM; her type is “Agent”: she runs in a loop on the server, and people and other AI (Lomi, Ostap) can control her.

AI Sveta — accounting for a business with partners: capital, business money, payoutsSveta is the AI accountant for a single business that has partners (in Helomi, that's Sasha and Roman's “First Layer”). She shows how much money is in the business, the profit for the month, how much each partner has put in and taken out, what their capital is, and how much they're due to be paid; she calculates the payout for a period and prepares a draft, which a person approves and posts. All figures come from your CRM reports (“Finance → Partners,” the business P&L); settings are in her console, and people and other AI (Lomi) can control her.

AI Pet

AI Cat — a warehouse game with Kiktor the cat“AI Cat” is the “Warehouse → AI Cat” tab, a game for packers: for every parcel you pack and every stock check, you earn points, and you spend them to feed and dress up your cat Kiktor, the black cat who's king of the warehouse. The cat is alive: he blinks, yawns, follows the cursor, purrs when you pet him, and can even talk, because AI Lomi carries the conversation for him. In “Structure,” he's listed as a separate type, “AI Animal.”
