Custom sectionsA custom section is a section that isn't among the standard ones but that your company specifically needs: repairs, projects, requests, warranty cases. Your AI writes it as a single file (data, its own look, and logic), or you build it in the no-code builder: name, icon, stages, fields, what goes on the card; handoff rules create a deal, client, task, or a record in another section from a record. A person drags the file into the transparent “+ Add section” square in “Custom sections” (or the AI employee installs it on its own), checks what will be created, and turns the section on in the left menu.
